what & Where to donate

Community Service

Our food donation baskets can be found at

Tesco's Horncastle

Co-op Conning Street

Lincolnshire Co-op High Street

St Mary's Church - Horncastle

We ask that all donations be non-perishable unopened goods that are in-date

We cannot pass on alcohol, tobacco, or electrical goods and sadly we do not have space to store clothing or homeware

When donating it's worth remembering that we really need are essentials, for example tartare sauce is lovely but is probably less necessary than a tin of hotdogs

Some people have very little if any cooking facilities so 'instant' (just add boiling water) sachets of pasta or rice for example are always welcome. Others may only have a microwave oven; we try to ensure we can feed anyone no matter what their kitchen might comprise of

We even give away can openers when necessary, when we have them
